This is great advice for preachers, Jason, although I watched it because I thought Cleese was going to be funny. The “sleeping on it” theme is so very true, and the best argument against the homiletical “Saturday Night Special.”

Rings true. And it takes real discipline to create those boundaries of space and time when we are so electronically connected, and so reachable by those who can penetrate those boundaries with a text message or a tweet. Turn off the phone, turn off the wireless, go dark and create.
