Jo, that part is entirely out of my control I’m afraid. Perhaps you could consider seeing if you can pick up a review copy. Many thanks for your interest, though.
I also note that Bloomsbury’s practice with this series seems to be to bring out the book in hardcover first (at around £60-70) and then follow it up 15-18 months later with a paperback version at around £20-25.

It’s been a long time coming Jason ( just like the great expections that come with the birth of a baby). Congratulations. I’m looking forward to reading your book when my copy arrives in May.I have just been working my way through This Life and The Next – especially the brilliant brief chapter The Fructification of Failure- this work in particular has wet my appetite for your exposition, appreciation and critique of Forsyth’s enduring theme of the sanctification of all in his theology. @James: Yes it has, and thanks for the encouragement along the way. This Life and the Next – one of Forsyth’s most stimulating books is also one of his most neglected. Glad you’re reading it, and that with some profit.
@Brian: Details about the various formats is available here and here. Please let me know how you get on. (Personally, I’m not sure how well I’d go reading this kind of book in electronic format, but others seem to find reading theological tomes via a screen ok.)
